Managing partner for this General Practice firm. Currently represent several Pittsburgh based Corporations as in-house counsel. Practice area includes Corporate law, Commercial litigation, Contracts, Criminal, Landlord / Tenant matters, Municipal, Probate / Wills, and Real Estate Law. Experienced 1st chair litigator who has appeared before local district magistrates, arbitration panels, traffic court, and PA Court of Common Pleas.

Candidate for the State House of Representatives: December 2003 - April 2003
Democratic candidate for the 60th District State House of Representatives. The 60th district consists of portions of Armstrong and Indiana Counties.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott: March 2002 - August 2003
Product liability defense attorney who specialized in litigation preparation, electronic discovery and privilege review as a contract attorney. Created two separate litigation databases as trial reference guides for fellow trial attorneys.

Represented elderly indigent individuals as a court certified intern on matters relating to Probates, Wills, Guardianships, and related elder law issues.

Charitable Trusts Division: Primary Legal Extern for Senior Deputy Attorney General Mark Pacella, responsibilities included researching legal questions, drafting legal memos consistent with research, and creating legal agreements between the Commonwealth and adverse parties to the state.

Summer Legal Extern for the Honorable Judge Del Sole. Authored several legal opinions and conducted legal research for the President Superior Court Judge and his legal clerks.

Hillary N. Snyder, focuses her practice on matters regarding estate planning, estate administration, elder law, corporate and real estate.

Hillary concentrates on providing her clients with Personalized service as well as Professionalism.

Hillary is a frequent speaker at area assisted living facilities, churches and senior centers on topics relating to estate planning, estate administration, planning for long-term care and other issues concerning the senior population.

An active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Hillary has been elected by a group of her peers to serve on the Young Lawyers Division Council since 2002. In 2001, Hillary was selected to participate in the Bar Leadership Initiative Program of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Hillary has also been active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association having been appointed to serve on the Young Lawyers Executive Council from 2002-2006. She was also appointed to serve on the Pennsylvania Bar Associations House of Delegates from 2002-2006.
